Welcome to Aartist A!
My name is Alexis and I am the founder, the stylist, writer and artist at Aartist A. I started the site in order to create a name and a brand to contain all of my creative and artistic projects.
The concept behind Aartist A is androgyny, creativity, artistry and human rights. I am a human rights activist as well as a proud LGBT supporter and the company stands for the same values that I do. Everybody is equal, a person's gender can only be defined by that person themself and everyone has the right to love whomever they please. OF COURSE that includes the right to marry and the right to reproduce. Aartist A supports the organizations NoH8, Charity: Water, Wipe out Transphobia, Wipe out Homophobia, RFSL, Läkarmissionen and Unicef. We believe in a better tomorrow and a happier today.
At Aartist A we are highly creative, very artistic, LGBT friendly and we believe in the possibilities, the dreams and the solutions, not in the problems and in being pessimistic. We see the glass half full, not half empty. The art created here is sometimes colourful, sometimes monochromatic and sometimes both. We are inspired by Japanese culture such as manga and anime, fashion illustrations and watercolour paintings. We do it all.
